Cinderella Wine has a deal on the 2006 Massolino Barolo Margheria. The discount isn’t huge, but this wine will be extremely good in 10 years. 94 points from Galloni.

I haven’t really paid too much attention to the soap operas surrounding Contador and Armstrong. It’s been going on for a while and nobody actually really cares about it anymore. Every time you open your mouth about these cases you get a great pile of shit over your head. I like Alberto and I hope that everything turns out ok for him, but that’s all I have to say about it.

Cancellara group including eventual stage winner Tom Boonen before Fabian put everyone in the gutter and on the rivet. Stage 4, Tour of Qatar.

I’m happy to see that Boonen is back to winning. But it’s hard to see how he will win the bigger races. He’s too balanced between a rouleur and a sprinter. He can’t beat Cancellara in the hardman races. He can’t beat Cavendish in a flat sprint race. Gilbert has clearly eclipsed Boonen as the premier Belgian racer. It’s an easy bet, but I see Cavendish, Cancellara, and Gilbert cleaning up all the Spring races, the flat to medium mountain stages of the Tour, the Olympics, and the World Championships.
That said, I have been surprised!

A rather nice film indeed.

Check it out.

Very cool. I love Fizik and SIDI products.
