Giro d’Italia Power Calculation

Very interesting calculations. Notice that over the last 4 years there are fewer and fewer long climbs are done at 6 W/kg.

Ryder’s secret weapon for the mountains. Inferno bib and Climbers jersey.

Speedwell Racing is very excited to wear Castelli clothing. Ryder’s riding in the Giro has been an inspiration.

The Giro d’Italia is hard but beautiful.

I wonder how this video was made? It seems like a mix of professional cameras and an iPhone?

fabbricadellabici:

Matteo Rabottini and Joaquin Rodriguez battling for the stage win into Lecco. A brave ride by Rabottini (Farnese Vini-Selle Italia) who was in a break for more than 150km, caught by Rodriguez with 400m to go, then dug deep to surge past and take a much deserved win.

This was a great stage.

Another very intelligent sprint from Peter Sagan at Tour of California. Seriously, watch him!

This is Peter Sagan’s sprint from yesterday.

Also notice the cadence of the racers. Many amateurs sprint in much too high of a gear.
